This newly built four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience just minutes from the University of Notre Dame, downtown South Bend, the Indiana Michigan state line, and the Indiana Toll Road.
Designed with both families and groups in mind, the bright open floor plan makes it easy to spend time together while still providing plenty of space to relax. The spacious great room flows seamlessly into a modern kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms, including a private primary suite and en-suite bathroom. A second full bathroom serves the additional bedrooms, while the convenient main-floor half bath makes entertaining easy.

Fantastic stay! Excellent property. Clean and as advertised - convenient to Campus and local amenities. One note for improvement - shower pressure in Master bath was really weak. Otherwise Great property!
