Perfect Notre Dame Weekend Space <> Walk to Campus

· September 2026

Perfect location if visiting for a ND football game. Stadium and campus were a short walk. House was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again for an ND football game.

Was a great spot to quickly walk to the campus and drive into south bend. Was very clean and the sun room was a nice bonus hangout spot!

The home was clean and good for a nice weekend getaway with the girls. It was a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures, and the pool table room was in a sun room extension of the house, but it ended up being good enough for the weekend stay. The host was responsive and clear, and the linens were very clean, which I appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely stay again when we visit South Bend. It was just perfect for us and our family who visited while we were there.

It’s a beautiful , peaceful location in the Wooded Estates. We each had our own bedroom and slept great. We especially enjoyed the coffee maker and even played billiards. Thank you Iris Management!

This was a perfect place to spend a week in South Bend. The host was very responsive, proactively communicated, and was flexible with my needs. The house was better than expected and very close to Notre Dame. The amenities were perfect, and the service was exceptional. This will be our go-to whenever we need a place to stay close to our student.

Great play to stay and very close to ND.

· May 2025

Great place to stay, very close to ND campus and the house itself was well worth it!

· May 2025

Place was very clean, great location, and communication was great!

· April 2025

Great place. Listing says 10 minute walk to campus…yes true but that is to the far corner where the softball field is. A walk to the stadium would be 30+, however on a game day weekend that would still be a great location to walk. Clean home in a good neighborhood.

· March 2025

Great time with friends and family.

· July 2024

Great, responsive hosts with a lovely and clean home. There is a lockable door to lock the stairs to the basement which was great for keeping my kids safe! Fun yard and pool table, too!

· April 2018

Very clean and comfortable. We went to Notre Dame for a half marathon and we were two minutes from campus, and if it had been warmer, we could’ve walked. Great value and not cluttered with stuff, just a nice place to stay. We would stay again, and probably will!

Christian's home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood very close to campus. The home appeared to be recently remodeled throughout and was clean and comfortable. We would be repeat customers without hesitation.
