Great place with fantastic amenities! My group loved the different options and felt relaxed the whole week. Lots of kitchen space for cooking, great meeting options, and very responsive team!

Truly an amazing property. Two full kitchens. Two separate upstairs bedroom areas and two bedrooms on the first level. Basketball court game room and pool area are amazing and incredibly well kept. TV and lounge area in the pool area with table and refrigerator as well as a bathroom. Huge yard that is meticulously landscaped. Set back off the neighborhood and very quiet. Great place for a large group for particularly if you have kids. Also a great place to host a party. We’ve used it twice and both times the management has been extremely interactive and responsive.

Wow! An amazing place for our large group!

· August 2026

The place is unbelievable. Great for a guys/girls week or weekend. Also great for family vacations or get togethers. Has so many amenities for both adults & kids. All you really need to bring is food & drinks & you don’t even have to leave this place. So much to do. What a great time. We will be back & thanks again.

We stayed for our extended family vacation. We had a great trip and made lots of memories. We would definitely come back!

This house does not disappoint! It was private, huge, gated, clean, fun...everything you would want for a large group. The two kitchens and many bathrooms and multiple large spaces made it easy to live there together and it had something for everyone! I would definitely recommend it! Hosts were easy to reach and helpful and their check out procedures were not over the top. 5 stars

We had grandparents and four couples with a bunch of kids along ranging in ages from 16 to almost 2. The layout worked perfectly for us to all sleep comfortably. The gym, arcade game, foosball, ping pong, pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and adults. We had two full days there and didn't leave the house except for groceries. It didn't feel like we were "stuck". We just had a ton of fun together.

· June 2026

We hardly felt the need to leave with the indoor court and indoor pool! Anytime we had questions about the house or area, the host was quick to respond, thorough and kind!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This property is a perfect retreat and one of the most thoughtfully designed spaces we’ve ever experienced. From the moment you arrive, the indoor-outdoor flow creates a luxury resort feel while still feeling modern, welcoming, and incredibly functional. The outdoor amenities truly make this place unforgettable. The covered patio is perfectly designed for gathering with family and friends, whether you’re enjoying morning coffee, dining outdoors, or relaxing late into the evening under the string lights. The seating areas are comfortable and intentional, creating multiple spaces to unwind and connect. The fire pit area adds an amazing atmosphere at night and is natural gas! The private hot tub tucked beside the home feels like your own spa escape with privacy. Inside, the massive indoor pool area is perfect— bright, open, and beautifully integrated with the rest of the home. The soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and modern finishes make the entire space feel luxurious yet comfortable. Every detail feels carefully considered, from the entertaining spaces to the cozy lounge areas around the fireplace. What impressed us most was how purposeful the design feels. Nothing feels crowded or overlooked. Every space was created to maximize relaxation, entertaining, and enjoying the property year-round. Whether hosting a large group or simply enjoying a quiet weekend away, this home delivers an exceptional experience. A true five-star stay in every way. We would return again without hesitation.

A great space with great amenities.

· May 2026

Check in was really easy, it was clean and organized for a big group to stay. We had the whole family there and everyone enjoyed it from ages 1 to 65.

· May 2026

This place was absolutely amazing, we rented it for a place for my whole bridal party to stay together instead of a hotel. We loved every second of our time here and are thinking about renting again with the group and everyone bringing their kids. Plenty of room, so many bathrooms nobody ever had to wait and we had a group of 20. The beds were so comfortable, I have never stayed in a rental with nice beds. Definitely worth it to book this place.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group needs— clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a memorable week. We all had a blast, and we really appreciated how easy the check-in and communication were. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

My family maxed this place out with 34 guests of all ages and everyone had the space we needed. This property delivered even more than we anticipated! We’d definitely rent it again!

There's a reason why we've chosen this home for our staff retreat for the past 3 years. The house has enough room for all of us and the bonus of having a gym, pool, and hot tub are great! The management communicates well and proactively. I highly recommend this property for your large group gathering.

Second time staying here and continued to be a great experience, especially if you have little toddlers

· January 2026

Great house and good hosts!

· January 2026

This was our second stay at Black Oak Estates and we absolutely Loved it both times. We have small kids in our family and they were exhausted by the end of our stay. They had so much to do and fun to have. It is so hard for our large family to get together but Black Oak Estates gives us the space large enough to accommodate all of us with so much for the whole family to do while we are there. This place is a Diamond and we will be back again. I very highly recommend this place if you want your family to enjoy quality time together. We Love it here!

· January 2026

We rented this place for a Christmas family gathering and it will be remembered as one of the best Christmas's ever! Gym, pool and game room were a hit! We had plenty of space to spread out and catch up. All the amenities were amazing and high quality. Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings. Host was responsive and great to work with.

· January 2026

This place was so amazing. Grandkids ages 14-21 couldn't get enough playing volleyball, billiards, hot tub and indoor pool. We used every inch of that place. Amazing.

· January 2026

I highly recommend this beautiful estate! Our group was more than entertained with everything they had to offer, everything was clean and comfortable, and it was created the perfect atmosphere for a getaway

· December 2025

Hosted our family Christmas here. Was fantastic and perhaps a new tradition.

· December 2025

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas early with our whole family. The house was perfect for kids of all ages—from 1 to 15—with plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. The layout was spacious and well thought out, so everyone had room to spread out without feeling on top of each other. The management company was extremely responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole experience stress-free. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

· December 2025

Wonderful host, great amenities, and so much space! We were a party of 25...14 adults and 11 kids and used every amenity the house offered; pool, basketball court, game room, hot tub, and even several card games. Plenty of garage space for our vehicles which was a major plus since we had a snow storm and got over a foot of snow over the weekend. My only suggestion for the host would be to make sure the drive is plowed before checkout with that much snow. It's a very long driveway and a couple of guests have difficulty getting out. Besides that, we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property.

· December 2025

It was really good very clean

· December 2025

Great house! We brought our family together for an early Christmas celebration and it was the perfect place for all of us. There was plenty to do for kids of all ages (2–16) as well as adults, and the layout provided lots of space so everyone could spread out without feeling on top of each other. We especially loved the indoor pool and basketball court. We would absolutely recommend this home and would definitely consider coming back.
